EXAMPLE OF A PERSONAL CREDIT

If you are granted a line of credit of $5,000.00 pesos and you decide to use $1,000.00 pesos, to pay within a period of 91 days in 6 periods, each of 15 days, the total amount to be paid, considering ordinary interest, the disposition commission and VAT would only be $1,176.00 pesos. Your recurring payments would be $196.00 pesos each.

Within this calculation, the components are the following: $77.00 pesos of ordinary interest, $73.00 pesos of disposition commission and $24.00 pesos of VAT.

In that sense, your credit was calculated on a Total Annual Cost (CAT) of 410.5%. The same terms would apply if you decide to take advantage of your authorized line of credit again, as long as you keep your payments up to date.
